I'm suddenly inspired to wear ankle weights to bed at night! ;) It does truly take a good 6 weeks to "see" any results! I just got a great deal from some friends who were moving (bought their treadmill & eliptical) I've only been on them once so far...I WANT to lose the weight; I just need to figure out how to make it a priority!!
hahaha! I'll tell ya - I didn't think that was going to be that funny, but it was! lol - it's a good thing I don't like crispy creme, lol!PS. I think I am going to wake up one morning as a size 10 again too :o)
